From our Family Mission Camp where families get to play and to work together, to The Leadership Training Camp with its experiential leadership training, it is our goal that each event is a fun and meaningful time of growth with God and others.

Banquet of Hope
If you want to be part of impacting the lives of at-risk children, you won’t want to miss this complimentary fundraising banquet. Come for a night of tears and laughter as you hear campers' stories, are inspired with a dream, and learn how you can join with us in giving hope to children of prisoners.

Father and Daughter Banquet

Come join us in this enchanting celebration of the unique bond between fathers and daughters and awaken a deeper appreciation for each other. Our banquet goal is to bring out the best in each dad as he shows his daughter(s) just how beautiful she really is.

Scrapbooking Retreat
Ladies, how would you like 22 hours to let loose your creative side to scrapbook to your heart’s content? No meals to cook, no dishes to wash, and lots of rooms to spread out. Now add to that inspirational devotions, delicious meals, sharing scrapbooking ideas with friends, digital scrapbooking options, and a creative memories consultant ready to provide any additional resources you might need-  and you have our Scrapbooking Retreat!! Invite a friend and come enjoy some time away. Let loose that creative side and be pampered!

Family Mission Camp
This week provides families of all shapes and sizes, a Bartle Familyspecial opportunity to build memories as they serve God together. Working together with other families you will be part of providing special place of hope for children of prisoners. Projects cover a wide range of skills from building and painting, to clearing brush and spreading mulch. Evenings include special activities like Junkyard Wars and Talent Night. They will also enjoy board games, puzzles or just sitting around a fire together as a family. This week you will also enjoy the friendships your make as work and play together with other families. If you have been looking for an opportunity to get your children excited about working hard and giving to others this is the week for you.

The Weekend
This weekend mission for Homeschooled Graduates, is a great opportunity to make new friends and build memories. Together with other graduates you will help make camp a special place for at-risk children. Projects cover a wide range of skills from building and painting, to clearing brush and spreading mulch. Evenings include playing games together, jamming guitars, and of course talking late into the night around a fire. If you have are looking for an opportunity to make like-minded friends or be part of something bigger than you, you’ll want to be part of the The Weekend.

Times: Friday @ 4 pm to Sunday @ 2 pm
Cost: $45 per person

 

Leadership Training Camp
This three day camp is for young adults ages 16-24 who want to develop personally as a leaders. This leadership training includes a look at leaders from the Bible, teaching videos by world class leaders, real life leadership scenarios, group initiatives, and personal goal setting. You will enjoy making friends, thinking hard, laughing, and taking a serous look at how you can be a leader where you are.
Dates: May 30-June 1, 2012
Times: Wednesday @ 8 am to Friday @ 4 pm
Cost: $150 per person

 

Staff Retreat
At this laid back weekend you will enjoy small group times, field games (including capture the flag), and the evening talent night. It’s a great time to catch up on friendships from the summer and be encouraged in you own walk with Christ as you live life away from summer camp. This event is for alumni staff, and any friends they want to bring to recruit as staff for the next summer!

Renewing Hope Retreat
Have you ever waved goodbye to campers as you whispered a pray over them with tears in your eyes? Have you wrestled with how to teach abstinence to sexually active 13 year olds? Have you recently gained insight about how to share the Gospel with inner-city kids?  If you answered yes to any of these questions then this retreat is for you! Come renew your vision, sharpen your skills, and share your wisdom at this collaborative event exclusively for Angel Tree and At-Risk-Youth camp workers.
