Notice: Our drive just turned into a private drive so MapQuest nor Google shows the correct address if you do a search for Camp David. Please us the above map for directions.
There are two ways to come:
#1. Take Hwy O South from 72 about 8 miles. Then take a right onto County Rd. 5440. If you pass the junk yard on your right, you’ve gone too far. Take Co. Rd. 5440 around several sharp turns and when you come to Co. Rd. 5310 (It comes to a T ) Turn right. Go down the hill and take the first driveway to the left, Private Drive 5316. There’s a small camp sign next to the mailboxes which are on the right side of the road, across from the driveway. CDO shares the driveway with our neighbors in the yellow house, but you need to follow the driveway all the way back (stay to the right at the Y) and you will end up at camp!
#2. Take 63 South, go through Vida and pass the Stop-N-Go gas station on the right (approx. 7 miles from town). Continue on 63 past the gas station about 3/10 of a mile and turn left onto County Rd. 5300. Go over a mile (very hilly) and when it comes to a T, you turn right onto Co. Rd. 5310. Go about a mile and after you pass a field on the left, the road curves, and you take a right onto the driveway, Private Dr. 5316. Across from the driveway on the left is a Camp David sign, and a line of mailboxes. Go down the driveway, pass the yellow house, and follow the driveway all the way back (stay to the right at the Y) and you will end up at camp!
